The Enterprise Technology Solutions Specialist role involves driving technology transitions, influencing solution adoption and building customer simulations to validate and resolve complex problems. This specialist will be a key contributor within Customer Delivery Engineering providing support for large-scale solutions and resolving technical issues through deep technical expertise.Responsibilities include delivering effective support for customer problem resolution and engaging in complex technical challenges. The Enterprise Technology Solutions Specialist will also collaborate with other engineering teams to identify and resolve serviceability issues. Additionally, they will provide technical guidance and expertise to address complex customer problems promote Estarta's organizational culture and enhance technical skills within the relevant domain.The successful candidate will have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise technologies including ASR Catalyst and switching platforms. They will also possess in-depth understanding of IP routing protocols (OSPF BGP IGRP) and their operation over VPN tunnels. Hands-on experience with IPsec VPN configuration and troubleshooting is required as well as familiarity with DMVPN architecture multipoint GRE mGRE NHRP and dynamic spoke-to-spoke tunnels.The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related technical field and at least 4 years of experience in IP routing and switching. Relevant Cisco certifications are preferred CCNP CCIE.This role involves collaborating with customers internal leadership engineering teams partners field personnel CAP Managers and internal product organizations to ensure seamless delivery of services. A strong analytical skill set is required to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
