With a strong focus on quality, speed, and innovation, and they deliver customized solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Civil Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in BoQ preparation, cost estimation, and site coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in estimating project costs, preparing tender documents, and coordinating with site teams and vendors to ensure accurate costing and timely submissions.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ) based on drawings, specifications, and site inputsPerform detailed cost estimation for civil, interior, and MEP worksCollect and analyze market rates for materials and subcontractor pricingSupport tender preparation, submission, and follow-up activitiesLiaise with project and procurement teams for material and cost validationsReview and validate subcontractor quotes against internal estimatesConduct site visits (if required) to verify quantities and gather execution dataAssist in budget planning, variation claims, and rate analysisRequired Qualifications & SkillsB.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering3–4 years of experience in estimation and cost planning for construction/interior fit-out projectsProficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Candy/Buildsoft or equivalent)Strong understanding of material specifications, rate analysis, and vendor coordinationExcellent attention to detail and strong analytical skillsPreferred AttributesPrior experience in turnkey or interior fit-out project estimationExposure to tendering procedures in both private and government projectsGood communication and reporting skillsWillingness to travel for site assessments when requiredWhy Join Us?Be a part of a fast-paced, quality-driven project environmentWork on diverse and technically challenging projectsLearn and grow with an experienced, collaborative teamOpportunity for long-term growth in a project-focused organization
