Position: Tech Lead – Full StackExperience: 7+ yearsAbout The Role:We are seeking a skilled and versatile Full Stack Tech Lead with 7+ years of experience in both frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will lead by example, driving technical strategy, designing scalable solutions, mentoring developers, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products across the stack.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Own the architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications.Hands-on Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across frontend and backend.Team Mentorship: Guide, coach, and support developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver features on time.Code Quality: Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high performance and security standards.Scalability & Performance: Optimize applications, APIs, and databases for speed and reliability.Agile Delivery: Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.Innovation: Research and introduce new tools, frameworks, and best practices.Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.7+ years of full-stack development experience with proven leadership exposure.Strong expertise in backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or similar.Solid experience in frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.Proficiency with RESTful APIs / GraphQL and microservice architecture.Good understanding of databases – SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).Familiarity with DevOps practices – CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.Strong grasp of software design principles, system architecture, and scalability challenges.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Good To Have:Exposure to mobile frameworks (Flutter/React Native).Experience in performance tuning, caching strategies, and security best practices.Prior experience in client-facing roles or stakeholder management.Cloud certifications or relevant technical certifications.Send in your resumes at hr@novostack.com
