#Hiring forNetworking TAC Engineer (L3)Location: Noida Shift: Rotational Shifts Experience: 3+ yearsJob Summary: Seeking a skilled Firewall TAC Engineer (Level 3) to provide advanced technical support for firewall infrastructure. The candidate will handle complex troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization tasks to ensure network security and firewall performance.Key Responsibilities:• Provide L3 technical support and troubleshooting for firewall products (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point).• Analyze and resolve complex firewall, VPN, and network security issues.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for firewall design and deployment.• Implement security policies and rules as per organizational standards.• Monitor firewall health, log analysis, and incident response.• Assist in firewall upgrades, patches, and firmware updates.• Document solutions and create knowledge base articles.• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Minimum 3 years of experience in Firewall TAC or Network Security support (L3 level).• Strong understanding of firewall architectures, protocols, and VPN technologies.• Hands-on experience with firewall platforms such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point.• Proficient in analyzing logs, packet captures, and network traffic.• Knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP/S, IPsec, SSL.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in rotational shift environment.• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.#Firewall #NetworkSecurity #Cybersecurity #SecurityEngineer #FirewallEngineer #PaloAlto #CiscoASA #Fortinet #CheckPoint #TechSupport #NetworkEngineer #InfoSec #SecurityOperations #L3Support #NoidaJobs #RotationalShift #InfoSecurity #TechJobsFor more detailsKindly share ur cv toinfo@anishaglobal.org.in#9582261182(wats app)
