We are hiring Experienced Senior & Junior Accountant (US Accounting) needed to join Blackink Business Services.About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to join our finance team at Blackink Business Services. In this role, you will play a critical part in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, compliance with regulations, and timely financial reporting.If you are a proactive problem solver who loves numbers and wants to grow with a dynamic company, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Financial Reporting: Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).General Ledger: Maintain the general ledger, reviewing entries and account reconciliations (Bank, AR, AP).Compliance: Ensure compliance.Audit Support: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and assist in internal audit processes.Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management to support decision-making.Mentorship: Guide and review the work of junior accountants and assist in process improvements.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. [CPA / CA / ACCA / CMA] certification is highly preferred.Experience: [2-3+] years of progressive accounting experience.Technical Skills: Proficiency in [QuickBooks, Zoho Books, NetSuite, SAP] and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboard).Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.Must be currently residing in Ahmedabad.
