Generative AI Engineer (5–9 Years)Location: Bangalore Hybrid | Full-timeWe are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions. You will lead technical development, drive innovation, and collaborate across teams to shape scalable and secure AI capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy LLM-, RAG-, and agentic AI–based applications.Architect scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, microservices, and cloud (Azure/AWS).Advance capabilities in vector databases, semantic search, and intelligent document processing.Partner with product, cybersecurity, and analytics teams to deliver secure, compliant AI solutions.Define technical vision and roadmap for GenAI initiatives.Promote ethical AI, governance, and responsible model lifecycle practices.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to research, prototypes, and best practices.QualificationsDegree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.5+ years in AI/ML, including 3+ years in GenAI/LLMs/RAG.Strong skills in Python, FastAPI, cloud (Azure/AWS), LangChain/LangGraph, PyTorch/TensorFlow.Proven experience deploying production AI systems and APIs.Strong communication and leadership skills.Knowledge of data privacy, payments, or financial tech is a plus.PreferredExperience with prompt engineering, autonomous agents, orchestration frameworks.Background in financial services or secure enterprise systems.Track record of building scalable GenAI products or AI agents.
