Product Innovation LeaderThis role will play a pivotal part in shaping our global initiative from the ground up, leading a strategic roadmap for product innovation and market expansion.Define and lead a strategic roadmap for product innovation and market expansion.Report directly to the Board on innovation milestones, performance, and commercialization success.The Product Innovation Leader will guide research, formulation, clinical validation, and production of innovative health and beauty products, ensuring strong market resonance through scientific insight and consumer understanding.Guide research, formulation, clinical validation, and production of innovative health and beauty products.Bridge scientific insight with consumer needs to ensure strong market resonance.Key Responsibilities:To define and execute a comprehensive strategy for product innovation that aligns with our company’s vision and goals.To develop and implement processes for effective collaboration between cross-functional teams, driving innovation and efficiency.To drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis.To maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement, fostering a growth mindset within the team.Requirements:Prior experience in product innovation, R&D, or related fields, preferably in the health and beauty industry.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps, driving business growth and innovation.Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
