Web Developer Job DescriptionThis is a key role in the development of our marketing web properties. We are looking for an expert Webflow developer to create high-quality web experiences focusing on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.The ideal candidate will work closely with our Marketing team to produce engaging online experiences for our leads and customers.Responsibilities:Develop web pages and landing page concepts in collaboration with in-house designers and the marketing team.Monitor site performance and run regular audits to identify areas for improvement.Measure conversion, traffic, bounce rates, and other key metrics to provide directional suggestions to the team.Design innovative interactive concepts using Webflow and incorporating customer feedback.Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver exceptional results.Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.Understanding of SEO principles, including keyword rankings and ever-changing SEO trends.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media tracking.Custom code skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality.Strong portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.As a Webflow developer at our company, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our marketing strategy and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.We are committed to delivering high-quality results and continually improving our processes to stay ahead of the competition.
