About the PositionWe are expanding our sales operation and seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as we scale our business.End-to-end sales cycle management: Take ownership of the prospect journey starting from qualified meetings set by our lead generation team. Show up as the first point of contact in these meetings, define clear stages of the sales funnel, and continuously optimize each step to drive conversions through to close.Discovery and demos: Lead discovery calls, conduct compelling product presentations for prospects; Work with our customer success and engineering teams to create custom demos that drive higher impact.Mentorship and coaching: Mentor our current team of sales representatives on best practices to close large-value customers. Help current sales representatives close deals in advanced stages by joining in as a senior persona from our sales team.Pilot management: Manage pilots and demonstrate the value of our solution for the specific use case of the prospect. Your project management skills and proactiveness need to be top-notch.Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, demonstrate our solution's value compared to legacy vendors and win deals.Implementation: Work with our engineering and solutions teams to manage implementations and nudge prospects towards go-live.About YouTo succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles. Additionally, you should be proactive, organized, and have a strong ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing circumstances.Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles, proactivity, organization, problem-solving, and adaptability.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of sales funnels and pipelines.
