We are looking for a Software Project Manager/ Scrum Master with experience in the IT sector. This person will be familiar with the ins and outs of software projects, with a strong-client-focused mindset in delivering the best possible CRM solution through Microsoft Dynamics 365. This individual must also have knowledge and experience of agile frameworks, in particular Scrum.


The Project Manager/ Scrum Master manages complex, cross-functional projects through the full project life cycle, from planning through development, testing, and deployment. They actively manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure projects are delivered successfully.


Duties and responsibilities


  • Work closely with clients to develop effective system solutions to meet their business requirements.
  • Engage in all components of planning, executing, and closing, of a project cycle.
  • Facilitate successful delivery of projects by ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-schedule delivery.
  • Effectively manage and report on scope, risks and issues, budget, and timelines.
  • Develop relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet timeline and business objectives.
  • Ensure all project/program tasks are clearly understood, assigned, and tracked.
  • Complete all project documentation required based on OUR PMO process
  • Leverage project knowledge and client relationships to assist in revenue growth.


Qualifications


  • Post-secondary education in computer science or business administration
  • PMP certification is considered an asset
  • Scrum Master certification is considered an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management/ Scrum Master experience
  • Preference for project managers who have experience working within IT and Business/Operational Units
  • Strong client-facing personality and relationship management
  • A client-focused mindset, delivering superior customer results and service
