When you add that to the challenges we take on and solve together, you'll discover that at HARMAN you can grow, make a difference and be proud of the work you do everyday.Job Specification – Scrum Master Education & Training: Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Electrical & Electronics/equivalent Qualification: B.Tech / B.E or equivalent Certified : CSM / SAFe / Equivalent certification  Job Responsibilities: To Scrum Team: Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality Helping the Development Team to create high-value products Removing impediments to the Development Team's progress Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood Participate in Huddle, Lead PO – PO meeting (whenever required) Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed In-depth knowledge in Agile methodologies, SAFE, ScrumFacilitate scrum ceremonies like Planning, grooming, review and retrospective.Remove Impediment and blocker.Coach the team as and when required.Help Product owner in maintaining the product backlogCSM/PSM certification.SAFE Certification.HARMAN is proud to be an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
