Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Managed File Transfer (MFT) administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administering and maintaining MFT systems, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange across business platforms.Configure and support Connect Direct for high-volume mission-critical file transfers, optimizing workflows and business processes.Develop and enhance file transfer solutions using IBM Sterling Integrator, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve MFT-related issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with data transfer policies and service level targets.Provide ongoing system maintenance, break-fix support, and performance tuning of MFT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.RequirementsThe successful candidate will possess 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in MFT administration and development, with a strong focus on:Expertise in Connect Direct setup, troubleshooting, and configuration, ensuring seamless file transfer operations.Proven experience with IBM Sterling Integrator, including system development and enhancement, to optimize file transfer processes.Ability to analyze transfer logs, perform root cause analysis, and handle proactive/reactive support tickets, ensuring prompt issue resolution.Sound understanding of encryption standards, network protocols, and data security policies, ensuring the secure exchange of sensitive information.Effective communication skills, with strong documentation and coordination abilities, to facilitate seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
