Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Technical Consultant Job DescriptionJob Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Senior Technical Consultant to lead the design, development, customization, and integration of scalable solutions within our Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design and Develop Solutions: Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions based on client requirements.Technical Component Development: Build and implement technical components including extensions, integrations, workflows, plugins, and custom reports.Collaboration with Functional Consultants: Work closely with functional consultants to translate business needs into detailed technical designs.Integration and Migration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, or middleware tools, and perform data migration, transformation, and environment data restores.Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Project Participation: Participate in implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects, following Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and solution guidelines.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3–8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development.Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and knowledge of JavaScript.Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is an added advantage.Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and API integrations.Good understanding of Dynamics architecture, data model, and extension framework.Experience with SSRS, Electronic Reporting (ER), Power BI, and report customizations.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Benefits:Opportunity to work with leading Microsoft technologies and top global Microsoft partners.Professional development, training programs, and certification support.A dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
