Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Machine Learning Engineer.This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining machine learning models, developing algorithms, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our AI systems.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, with experience in programming languages such as Python and Java. Additionally, you should have knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries, data structures, and software development methodologies.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that meet business requirements. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality software products that meet customer needs and expectations.To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and collaboration skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild Production-Grade Services: Develop scalable, efficient, and reliable services using Python/FastAPI.Model Development: Train, fine-tune, and evaluate ML models for classification, ranking, and anomaly detection.Pipelines & Data: Build robust data/ML pipelines for training and inference using Python + SQL.Experimentation: Design fair comparisons, select metrics, run ablations, and document decisions.MLOps: Package and ship models/services using Docker and FastAPI.Required Skills and QualificationsData Science: 2–3 years of experience in Data Science, Applied ML, or LLM-based product development.Programming Languages: Proficient in Python and comfortable writing SQL for data exploration or tagging workflows.NLP Concepts: Solid understanding of NLP concepts (Transformers, Attention, Tokenization, Fine-tuning).LLM APIs: Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), LangChain, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).Deployment: Basic familiarity with Streamlit, Dash, or simple HTML/JS for building internal tools.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
