MySivi aims to improve English communication skills through its innovative AI technology.Compensation: 35K-60K INR per month + Upto 50K quarterly performance bonusLocation: In-office HSRWhat will you do?Creative strategy of Meta and Google ad campaigns running at 5 lakh+ budget per dayWrite scripts for ads with proper hypothesis and persona in mindGenerate ads via AI (Veo3, other AI tools)Shoot content (your own face)Work on iterations of winning videosWhat do we need?Great understanding of content (short form)Must have experience with Meta adsMust have created ads beforeMust be able to analyse creatives and understand metricsGreat energy and fun to work withAtleast 2 years experience with Creative StrategyPlease apply only if you are really passionate about content and want to work from office.
