Acuity Knowledge Partners | Middle Office Operation

- Experience of 4-8 years in financial services industry and a strong knowledge of financial products across asset classes, equities, derivatives and FX.
- Experience in Corporate Actions (Mandatory and Voluntary - Dividend, Splits, Spin-off, Tender Offer, Rights Issue, Mandatory Exchange etc.)
- Experience in handling reconciliations like position and P&L.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a business and technical aptitude
- Accountable for deliverables in Middle office team - daily transaction & corporate Action management and security master capture on investment involved.
- Perform different types of reconciliation like Position, P&L and commissions.
- Identify investment related risks and highlight same to PMs and traders.
- Oversee day to day operations, escalation management and deliverables.
- Monitor, resolve and report issues related to file delays, size and missing data using internal applications.
- Coordinate with other teams, data vendors to resolve day to day exceptions, as well as develop more strategic initiative
Additionally, desired skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office application and SQL.
• Good to have Experience in Unix, Jira and confluence.
• Knowledge of financial securities and asset classes.
