Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced System Administrator/Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our organization's network infrastructure, and ensuring its security, reliability, and performance. This role requires a strong understanding of network protocols, systems administration, and cybersecurity best practices.



Responsibilities

  • :Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
  • .Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring high availability and reliability
  • .Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and virtualization platforms
  • .Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, malware, and other cybersecurity threats
  • .Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, and implement necessary remediation actions
  • .Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights across network systems and applications
  • .Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
  • .Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support IT infrastructure projects and initiatives
  • .Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on network and system-related issues
  • .Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity

Requirement

  • s:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fiel
  • d.1 years of experience working as a System Administrator or Network Enginee
  • r.Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocol
  • s.Experience with network hardware, including Cisco, Juniper, or similar device
  • s.Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPN
  • s.Experience with server administration, including Windows Server and Linux/Unix system
  • s.Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-
  • V.Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practice
  • s.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skill
  • s.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environmen
  • t.Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MCSA, or equivalent, are preferre
