Cloud HCM Technical Lead RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Cloud HCM Technical Lead to lead our development and technical strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to drive innovation and transformation within our organization.About the RoleThe Cloud HCM Technical Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality Oracle HCM solutions. This includes leading development teams, building integrations using OIC or equivalent middleware, and creating fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement technical strategies for Oracle HCM CloudCreate and own integrations using OIC or equivalent middlewareDesign and develop fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIsReview code and ensure best practices across the delivery teamPartner with functional consultants to translate requirements into real working solutionsTroubleshoot issues with confidence and fix them before they impact the businessOversee deployments, testing cycles, and production supportMentor junior developers to help them grow in their rolesQualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:6-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical developmentStrong hands-on experience with OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reports, and HDLExperience across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or ORC is a significant advantageSolid understanding of REST and SOAP web servicesAbility to lead discussions with clients and stakeholdersPrior experience guiding technical teams through global implementationsCertification is not essential, but relevant skills and experience are crucialIf you have a passion for delivering smooth projects and making stakeholders smile, we want to hear from you
