VMware Horizon View SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled VMware Horizon View Specialist to fill this key role.The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), VMware's Horizon product suite, and supporting technologies such as Microsoft.This position requires expertise in hybrid cloud architectures, including AWS, Azure, and on-premises solutions, as well as good knowledge of diagnostics & troubleshooting of VMware Horizon versions and understanding of ESXi, vSphere, and cloud platforms.A strong background in log analysis and basic scripting skills to automate daily operations is also required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans.The successful candidate will have hands-on deployment experience of Horizon infrastructure in large environments, as well as experience in handling creating High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and solution documents.Extensive hands-on experience (typically 4+ years) in enterprise VDI, VMware's Horizon product suite, Workspace ONE Access, Digital Workspace Management, 3rd party Identity Management integration, and supporting technologies such as Microsoft.Expertise in hybrid cloud architectures, including AWS, Azure, and on-premises solutions.Good knowledge on diagnostics & troubleshooting of VMware Horizon versions & understanding of ESXi, vSphere and cloud platforms.Experience with Log Analysis and basic scripting skill sets to automate daily operations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of translating technical requirements into actionable plans.Must have hands on deployment of Horizon infrastructure in large environmentExperience in handling creating HLD, LLDs and solution documents.Good knowledge on the Horizon Suite and troubleshooting user level issuesTCP/IP knowledge with good foundation on LAN Technologies such as network switching and routing and DNS, etc.Good Windows Server Administration and troubleshooting SkillsGood hands-on skills in Hyper converged infrastructureBenefits:Overall 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure4+ years of proven experience with VMware Enterprise Products, End-User Computing (EUC) HorizonCertification preferred: VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP)/VCIX (Desktop & Mobility), AWS/Azure Architect, VMware Horizon.Requirements:100% Fluency in EnglishGood verbal and Written CommunicationGood Team player work with senior team members, conduct technical session, mentoring Junior team membersAbility to achieve the highest level of customer satisfactionAn interface with Customers and Third party OEMs and HW vendors is expected raising call with Microsoft, VMware and other vendorsSelf-motivated and Results orientedExpected to work flexible shifts based on the organizational needs and be available to be on-call on a rotational basis including night shiftsEducation:Any Engineering /Diploma/BSC/MCA / MCM (with IT specialization)],
