This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands the latest technology trends, and can deliver results with speed and precision.Responsibilities:Manage the complete hiring lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding — for technical roles across AI, Cloud, and related domains.Leverage multiple sourcing channels to find high-quality technical talent.Conduct initial interviews to assess technical depth, problem-solving approach, and cultural alignment.Work closely with engineering and product leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and ensure timely delivery of top candidates.Create an engaging and professional recruitment experience from first contact through onboarding.Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and turnaround time.Stay up to date with market trends, emerging skill sets, and competitor hiring strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline.Requirements:At least 6 months of proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably hiring for AI, Cloud, or Product-based companies.Familiarity with modern engineering roles, tools, and technologies (Python, React, Node.js, GCP, AWS, etc.).Proficiency in using advanced sourcing tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.Ability to partner with technical and non-technical teams to deliver the right talent at the right time.High energy, strong ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Ability to use data to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment efficiency.Benefits:Opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in AI & Cloud.Gain hands-on experience in tech recruitment & talent strategy.Be part of an innovative, fast-growing company that values creativity and impact.Chance to convert into a full-time role based on performance.About Us:We are a leading innovation company harnessing expertise in novel technologies to deliver more profits for our enterprise clients while helping them deliver a better human experience for the communities they serve.
