Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our R&D and Consulting department. This exciting opportunity combines the development of innovative AI-driven solutions with the expertise of psychometrics.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychometric testing and AI application projects, with experience in designing and integrating AI-based programs using generative AI tools. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.AI Implementation in R&D:Design and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.Use AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages, and collaborate in reviewing translations and accurately maintaining the translation database.Build and maintain AI-driven personalised programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments.Collaborate with Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.Partner with consultants and consulting teams to support the development of AI-supported solutions for customised assessments and reporting, including creation of dynamic custom reports on demand.Produce detailed, client-ready technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for customised tools.Psychometric Tool Development:Contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement.Develop innovative test items, with a strong emphasis on job knowledge tests, leveraging AI tools for item generation and quality assurance.Coordinate and manage subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure test content validity, reliability, and relevance of technical/functional tests.Contribute to the management of R&D Projects by using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to plan, track and deliver project requirements on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesAverage overall turn-around time of < 5 daysEstablish and implement software interfacesResults-oriented working styleFocus on collaboration within international teamsRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field.First experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.SkillsYou should possess:Advanced use of generative AI tools and prompt engineering.Knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation.What We OfferWe provide:Competitive salary: ₹6–10 LPA depending on level of experience.Remote work (India-based team)Regular team-building activities and international collaboration opportunitiesA chance to work on pioneering AI projects in talent assessmentProfessional growth in a multicultural, innovation-driven environmentAbout UsOur company is an international publisher of predictive talent assessment solutions, trusted by over 4,000 clients in 80+ countries.
