Job Description

Position: Designer

Experience: 2 to 4 years


Responsibilities:


● UI/UX Design: Create high-quality user interface designs and user experiences using Figma.

● Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.

● Design Systems: Maintain consistency across products by following and contributing to design systems and style guides.

● Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs.

● Feedback Iteration: Take part in design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to improve designs.

● Asset Delivery: Prepare and deliver well-organized Figma files and assets for development handoff. Problem Solving: Understand user pain points and propose creative, usable design solutions.


Technical Skills:


● Figma: Strong hands-on experience with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation.

● Design Principles: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and UI best practices.

● Responsive Design: Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.

● Tools Knowledge (Optional): Familiarity with other tools like Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus.

● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for articulating design decisions and collaborating with teams.

● Attention to Detail: Strong focus on delivering pixel-perfect designs.

● Team Collaboration: Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and take ownership of design tasks.

● Creativity & Problem Solving: Ability to think creatively while aligning with user needs and business goals.
