What you will do:A chiller is one of the most critical pieces of equipment in any facility and it's responsible for comfort and critical to productivity—and it accounts for as much as half the energy used in building. Smart Connected Chillers & Openblue CEP from Johnson Controls helps to reduce downtime, improved efficiency and fewer disruptions. It generates unprecedented insights—and they're enabling us to revolutionize how chillers are serviced. In this journey of digitalization, the primary responsibility for this role is to on-board customers/assets into the digital platform and monitoring & maintaining dashboards appropriately to ensure customer satisfication.How you will do it:Onboard various types of chillers models accurately (as per site information) on digital platform & ensure all key performance indicators are meet.Define and implement strategies for faster automation of on-boarding process & identify improvement opportunities in current process through innovative thinking.Review of internal customer queries such as dashboard related and onboard related queries & Improve the internal customer satisfaction by resolving the queries in the quickest and most effective manner. Align with engineering teams to understand the product roadmap and feature valuation Be a partner and extension of the branch service team and the product team to ensure the customer's needs are being met. Develop and facilitate training programs to internal customersMaintain and update tracking systems with correct and accurate information and inform to all respective stake holders accurately.Learn from industry best practicesOther related duties as assignedWhat we look for:RequiredBachelor's degree in engineering in mechanical or electrical or instrumentation or any other appropriate2 to 3 years' experience in HVAC industry with a hands on field experience, preferably those who worked on chillers.Must be a quick learner & should have a keen eye for problem solvingMust have a demonstrated customer service orientation with excellent written and oral communication skillsMust be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and TeamsAbility to work effectively in a team environment with multiple and changing tasks and priorities
