Workday HCM ConsultantJob Description:Work independently as a consultant on multiple client engagements with minimal supervision.Understand and interpret client business requirements, providing expert guidance throughout design, configuration, prototype, testing, and production efforts.Support clients during key annual events, including talent performance management, merit increases, open enrollment, and ACA compliance, as needed.Partner with engagement managers to maintain accurate project status updates and keep them informed of changes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for clear communication and aligned project goals.Maintain an up-to-date forecast in a timely manner.Provide subject matter expertise and assist with sales presentations, demos, and letters of estimates.Stay current on industry trends, Workday enhancements, and best practices, advising on the implementation of these concepts.Build long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and trust-building initiatives.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Workday HCM Consultant at a reputable firm is required.Active HCM Core Workday Partner Certification is mandatory.Preferred certifications include Talent, Learning, PEX, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, and Launch. Employment may be contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certification.Required certifications must remain active throughout employment with ERPA.Must possess experience troubleshooting or navigating Workday Security and creating custom reports.Excellent organizational skills are necessary for managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a detailed understanding of Workday HCM processes and best practices.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Benefits:Opportunity to work remotely in various India locations.Flexible schedule from 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST.Other Requirements:Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.Willingness to continuously update knowledge on Workday enhancements and best practices.
