Java Software Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with a strong background in software testing and a solid understanding of JavaScript. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications, conducting thorough testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal software performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java applications in line with business requirements.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
Implement automated testing frameworks and conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and resolve any issues.
Utilize JavaScript to enhance application functionality and user experience.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and reliability.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Java development.
Strong experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, etc.).
Proficiency in JavaScript and front-end technologies.
Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP) and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).
Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
