Job Opportunity: Creative Director in Unreal EngineJob Description:As a seasoned Creative Director, you will lead the vision for immersive game and digital-twin experiences leveraging Unreal Engine. With a strong focus on AAA production and real-world simulation, your artistic expertise will drive high-quality storytelling, visuals, and consistency across all engine-based content.Develop and execute the creative strategy for games and digital twins using Unreal Engine.Collaborate with art teams to set clear creative standards while guiding their development inside the engine.Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure Unreal Engine workflows align with the project's creative goals.Oversee the final in-engine visual quality, encompassing style, tone, lighting, and world presentation.Provide direction for large-scale real-world virtual environments and simulations built within Unreal.Required Skills & Qualifications:To succeed as a Creative Director, you should possess:At least 10 years of experience as a Creative Director in gaming or real-time interactive projects.Hands-on experience leading teams using Unreal Engine for high-end productions.Proven leadership in managing large-scale or visually complex projects.A solid foundation in art (environment, cinematic, or visual design).Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Software & Tools Expertise:Unreal Engine 4/5 – Strong command of real-time production, cinematics, character tools, and world-building features.Proficiency in major 3D content tools such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or Houdini.Skilled in texturing and look development tools like Substance and Megascans.Proficient in 2D design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.Familiarity with collaboration tools like Perforce/Git, Jira, and other workflow systems.Experience working with tools for clothing, vegetation, or real-world capture workflows.Preferred Experience:Building large-scale open or real-world environments in Unreal Engine.Familiarity with digital twin concepts or real-world data integration.Interest in next-generation visuals and immersive worldbuilding.
