Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Job OverviewThis is a key position in our organization where you will be responsible for the design, validation, and integration of cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms.As an AI/ML Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish project objectives and oversee data infrastructure maintenance. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with advancements in AI and proposing their integration for operational enhancement.Key Responsibilities:Develop, validate, and implement machine learning models and algorithms.Collaborate with data scientists to define project goals and objectives.Maintain data infrastructure and ensure scalability and efficiency of data-related operations.Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and recommend ways to implement them in our operations.Communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Adhere to data privacy and security guidelines.Participate in the entire AI project lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong understanding of computer architecture, data structures, system software, and machine learning fundamentals.Experience with NLP models (BERT and GPT) and vector databases like Qdrant or similar.Proficiency in Python development in a Linux environment and using standard development tools.Working knowledge of Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).Benefits of Working with Us:At our organization, we offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and growth.
