**Cloud Contact Center Transformation Specialist**We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the setup and configuration of cloud contact center environments using Amazon Connect.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and a solid background in cloud-based CTI consulting.The successful candidate will work on a cloud contact center transformation project for a major fintech client, requiring a deep understanding of Amazon Connect features, such as contact flows, routing, queues, agent setup, and integrating with CRMs like Salesforce or Zendesk.The role requires collaboration with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. The candidate should be confident working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Lead the setup and configuration of Amazon Connect environmentsWork with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designsBuild backend integrations using AWS Lambda and REST APIsIntegrate Amazon Connect with CRM and support systemsSupport user testing, deployment, and documentationTroubleshoot issues and improve existing contact flowsThe following skills and qualifications are required:Hands-on experience with Amazon ConnectCloud-based CTI consulting experienceStrong technical skills, including AWS Lambda and REST APIsAbility to work with business teams and stakeholdersAWS certification is desirable, as is knowledge of SIP, VoIP, or WebRTC. Experience with Amazon Connect Tasks, Contact Lens, Wisdom is also beneficial.This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile cloud contact center transformation project for a major fintech client.
