Link to NIIT LinkedIn page - Job Role: Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist Experience required: 3 + years to 6 years Qualification required: Graduation must Skills required: client interaction, operations, Global client dealing, vendor management, RFP, Negotiation, Contract negotiation, RFP, RFQ, PO, Strategic sourcing , Vendor sourcing, Excellent verbal & writing skills Working days & Shift: 5 days & EMEA shift (Must be ok with night shifts as well) Location: Gurgaon, Sector 34 (WFO) Job Roles & Responsibilities Own customer requests and source the best training supplier in the market globally at customer locations (Europe, USA, APAC etc.) or any time zones. Manage the sourcing deals, contracts, delivery and quality for a complete procurement cycle, ensuring on time delivery with the suppliers Develop and deliver cost savings Supplier Rationalization and relationship management. Required to coordinate with cross-functional teams, organize and manage the training events. Manage end-to-end training administration through learning management software used by customers within agreed service levels. Candidate Requirement Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in commodity or service sourcing and management or purchasing and commercial management with a total experience more than 4 to 6 years Experience in working with suppliers in Learning industry will be considered a strong plus. Experience with sourcing in international markets and supplier quality assessment Commercial Negotiation skills Demonstrated success in developing and fostering relationships with suppliers while driving lower costs, superior performance and continuous improvement. Experience of monitoring and managing work queues Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation. Attention to detail and an ability to work easily with others. Ability to work independently in a flexible and adaptable manner.
