Cybersecurity Expert Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Expert to drive the improvement of our organization's IT security posture by:Engaging with technology stakeholders to proactively identify cybersecurity risks at a detailed and technical level;Designing and implementing technical risk mitigating measures;Supporting compliance and regulatory programs;And monitoring and investigating security alerts.• Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks by designing technical solutions and collaborating with teams to implement them. This includes security risks in developed systems, infrastructure, office networks, etc.• Assess and evaluate the IT security aspects and cybersecurity risks of critical software, tools, systems, etc., used to achieve business objectives, particularly in the context of cryptocurrency. These include company assets, cloud infrastructure, self-developed software, 3rd party vendors, and software service providers, etc., to ensure alignment with security and regulatory requirements.• Collaborate closely with the project management office to maintain and improve our MAS Technology Risk Management compliance and ISO 27001 certification by crafting policies, developing key security processes, and effectively communicating with auditors and regulators to explain our security posture.• Monitor systems, investigate cybersecurity alerts, and respond appropriately while keeping senior management informed of emerging situations.• Develop and conduct IT security training programs for employees.
