Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled professional to implement and enhance IT Operations Management modules.Develop, configure, and implement ITOM modules, including:DiscoveryService MappingCMDB enhancementsEvent ManagementOrchestration (if applicable)Build and maintain MID Servers, credentials, probes, and sensors.Design and implement Service Maps, business services, and dependency views.Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, SCOM, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Nagios.Troubleshoot Discovery issues, patterns, and performance-related challenges.Ensure CMDB data accuracy, reconciliation, and normalization.Develop automation workflows using Script Includes, Business Rules, Transform Maps, REST/SOAP integrations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ITOM solutions with business needs.Create documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles for implemented solutions.Required Skills and QualificationsServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, OrchestrationCMDB Expertise: CI classes, relationships, identifiers, CMDB best practicesDiscovery Expertise:Patterns, probes, sensorsMID Server troubleshootingCredential managementService Mapping:Application/services mappingPattern design & troubleshootingEvent Management:Alert rules, alert correlationMonitoring tool integrationsIntegration Skills: REST API, SOAP, web services, integration hubScripting: JavaScript (Server & Client-side), Glide API, Script IncludesDatabase & Infrastructure Knowledge: Windows/Linux servers, networking basics, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)Experience with ITIL processes, especially Incident, Change, CMDB governance.Desirable SkillsServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOMKnowledge of Agent Client Collector (ACC)Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or automation toolsExposure to Performance Analytics or ITSM modules
