Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
Good communication skills with self-supervisory skills.
Good analytical skills, problem solving in a fact paced team environment
Candiate must have hands-on experience in Azure technologies and SQL
Knowledge on C#, Power Shell & other scripting Languages.
Being the first point of contact for our project stakeholders; Help and resolve their queries and escalate as appropriate.
Document client requests, issues and resolutions
Good-to-Have
Azure Devops, Azure Data Explorer (ADX), Kusto Query Language

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Understand the Application to provide support to application users on decommissioning from legacy application to modern data lake platform.
2 Incidents : Perform initial Triage, mitigate and resolve the incidents within SLA.
3 Respond to User Queries that are received through emails and Teams channel.
4 Help the application users by providing resources like wiki links/documentation to quickly get started with the on-boarding process.
5 Provide access to the applications in Dev, Test & Production environments, after receiving necessary approvals
6 Document the issues raised by application users and the resolutions provided and create a Knowledge base for future reference
7 Identifying opportunities to remove process waste and scale automation and performance metrics
