Job Purpose

As a Graphics Designer at ISB Studios, you will be at the forefront of creating visually captivating content that enhances ISB’s narrative across digital, print, and video platforms. In collaboration with a dynamic team, you will translate strategic ideas into compelling visual assets that resonate with ISB’s diverse audiences. Your role will not only involve maintaining ISB’s visual brand integrity but also pushing creative boundaries to reflect the innovative and fast-paced environment of ISB Studios, where impactful storytelling and constant adaptation are key to success.


Job Outline


The ideal candidate will be the one to shape the visual aspects of our videos, reports, thumbnails, etc. while working closely with our Creative Lead and post-production team to define requirements for our content, visualise and create graphics including storyboarding, illustrations, layouts and typography. The goal is to inform and attract a diverse range of audience, to help them to grasp concepts and to make content accessible. Responsibilities :


1. Visual Design Creation : Develop visually compelling designs, including graphics, layouts, illustrations, and other multimedia elements for digital, print, and video platforms.

2. Brand Adherence : Ensure all design outputs align with ISB’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all visual materials, including marketing collateral, social media, presentations, and video content.

3. Collaborating with the Production Team : Work closely with video producers, editors, writers, and the marketing team to create high-quality visuals that enhance storytelling in video content.

4. Motion Graphics and Animation : Create and integrate motion graphics and animations into video projects, enhancing engagement and visual appeal.

5. UI/UX Design : Design user interfaces and experiences for ISB digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and social media platforms, ensuring usability and a seamless user experience.

6. Design for Advertising Campaigns : Develop creatives for online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital ads, banners, and promotional graphics.

7. Concept Development : Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative design ideas for projects ranging from videos, websites, and print materials to event branding.

8. Asset Management : Organize and manage design assets, including images, logos, templates, and fonts, ensuring quick and easy access for all team members.

9. Staying Updated with Design Trends : Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously innovate and improve the visual identity of ISB Studios.

10. Client Coordination : Interact with internal stakeholders to understand their design needs and translate their vision into visually engaging materials.


Job Specification

Knowledge / Education

Degree in Design, Motion Graphics or professional certifications in related areas.

Knowledge and experience on Editing will be a plus.


Specific Skills

Graphics design

Illustration skills with Procreate / Illustrate

Good foundation in Typography and Layouts (Canva).

Technical know-how of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)

Skills in Illustrations, Iconography, 3D, Motion Design or any form of Storytelling is a bonus.


Desirable Experience

Overall 5-7 years of experience out of which, 3 years must be with relevant experience.

Prior experience in designing for videos is a must.

A sound understanding of fundamental design disciplines (colours, typography, composition, layouts, etc.)

Brand Adherence & Asset Management : Ensure all design outputs align with ISB’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all visual materials. Organize and manage design assets, including images, logos, templates, and fonts, ensuring quick and easy access for all team members - 15%
