About This RoleAs an Athlete Outreach and Community Activation Specialist, you will play a key role in discovering everyday athletes, sports creators, clubs, and local communities online - and welcoming them into our ecosystem.You'll initiate conversations, coordinate interviews, collect stories, and help bring their voices into our features, challenges, and collaborations.This role is about connecting people and purpose: helping everyday athletes with passion and presence feel seen, supported, and part of something meaningful.Key Skills and QualificationsPeople & Communication: Comfortable initiating conversations, building rapport, and engaging with athletes, clubs, and sports groups online.Sports Passion: Interest in endurance sports, active lifestyles, or fitness communities.Community Outreach: Confident reaching out to athletes on platforms like Instagram and coordinating interviews or follow-ups.Digital Coordination: Able to collect photos, stories, and permissions in an organized, reliable way; familiarity with tools like Jasper is a plus (for internal workflows).Adaptability: Comfortable switching between outreach, conversations, interview scheduling, and community activation activities.Self-Starter: Takes initiative, manages multiple outreach threads independently, and keeps conversations warm without needing reminders.
