Job Title- Executive – International AffairsLocation - Dayananda Sagar University, BengaluruExperience Required- 3–4 years in international relations, higher education management, or related roles.Job Description:The Executive–International Affairs will play a key role in fostering and managing the university’s relationships with global partners, overseeing international projects, and supporting the university’s global engagement initiatives. The role demands strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to expanding the university's international footprint. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate communication and collaboration with international universities, agencies, and global stakeholders. Manage international correspondence, prepare reports and project documentation. Support and administer student and faculty exchange programs, joint research initiatives, and internships with international partners. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing international conferences, events, and delegations. Maintain databases and records of international agreements, MoUs, and project outcomes. Contribute to university branding and outreach campaigns targeting global audiences. Prepare proposals and applications for international grants and project funding, ensuring compliance and timely submission. Liaise with internal DSU departments to align academic partnerships and collaborative initiatives. Desired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations/Business Administration/Management or related field.3–4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a university or higher education setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in drafting formal correspondence and reports. Demonstrated ability in project coordination, event planning, and networking with international stakeholders. Skills in using office productivity tools and database management.Knowledge of global education protocols, regulations, or accreditation processes is a plus.
