Senior Commercial Real Estate ProfessionalWe are seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate expert to spearhead our lending services division.As Senior Commercial Real Estate Professional, you will lead delivery team members in end-to-end lending life cycle activities across commercial real estate products.You will actively contribute to expanding our commercial real estate franchise by supporting the sales team and explaining our lending services to clients.Key Responsibilities:Promote business growthEnsure adherence to client service level agreements and policiesCollaborate with various functions and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gainsAdd value to deliverables across different processes within the loan life cycleMentor junior team members and review their workProactively identify and escalate risks and mitigantsPartner with technology solutions teams to develop client-centric technology-driven offeringsRequired Skills and Qualifications:14-18 years of experience in commercial real estate businessIn-depth understanding of various commercial real estate lending products and platformsKnowledge of mortgage documents, origination procedures, underwriting, and monitoringAchieve deliverables as per client SLA's by various delivery teams – Productivity, Quality & TATExcellent written, verbal communication, logical, and analytical skillsExperience in working with sales to create marketing collateral and responding to RFPsAbility to draft SOPsCompliance with company policies and guidelinesMinimum 5 years of team management experience including clientsStrong relationship building with internal and external stakeholdersBenefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and drive business growth while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Others:Please submit your application to join our dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
