Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Compliance Professional to join our team and support our growth. The successful candidate will provide legal and administrative support to the Executive team and act as a liaison to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional environment and be eager to develop their skills in a dynamic setting. They should be able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support: Assisting with drafting routine correspondence and legal documents, managing files and documents, handling phone calls and emails.Legal Research: Conducting research to gather relevant information for cases, assisting with the preparation of legal arguments and briefs.Document Preparation: Preparing and formatting legal documents, filing documents with courts and administrative agencies.Client Interaction: Communicating with clients, scheduling appointments, managing calendars for attorneys.Billing and Record-Keeping: Assisting with billing processes, maintaining records, tracking billable hours and expenses.Technology and Software: Managing electronic filing systems, databases.RequirementsA degree in Corporate Law or related field.More than 4 years of experience in corporate law.Experience in drafting contracts and agreements.Exposure to international law.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Able to think critically and make sound decisions.BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a dynamic team.
