Job Title: Project Support SpecialistAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Project Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth deployment and onboarding of AI-based video analytics projects.Key Responsibilities:Installation, configuration, and commissioning of Intozi video analytics systemsCoordinate with field engineers for camera integration, network setup, and hardware readinessConduct system testing, verification, and ensure readiness for PoCs and production deploymentsTechnical Troubleshooting: diagnose issues related to cameras, servers, GPUs, networking, and software componentsWork closely with the engineering team to resolve bugs, configuration errors, and site-specific challengesProvide L1/L2 support for customer queries and incident resolutionMonitoring & Reporting: monitor system health, alerts, and analytics performance through dashboardsPrepare deployment reports, checklists, logs, RCA documents, and customer update reportsTrack SLA compliance and ensure timely ticket closuresCross-functional coordination: interact with clients, system integrators, and partners for smooth project executionConduct user training and help customers understand product workflowsSupport demo setups, PoCs, and pilot deploymentsMaintain installation guides, site survey reports, network diagrams, and deployment documentationE nsure adherence to project timelines and quality standardsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Technical Skills:Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related fieldsBasic understanding of networking, IP cameras, NVR/VMS systems, and server hardwareKnowledge of Linux, command-line usage, and basic troubleshootingFamiliarity with AI/video analytics concepts (desired)Exposure to cloud/on-prem deployments, GPUs, and Docker (added advantage)Soft Skills:Strong communication and customer-handling abilitiesAbility to work under pressure during project go-live and PoC phasesGood documentation and coordination skillsWhat We Offer:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and computer vision solutionsFast-paced learning environment with real exposure to enterprise deploymentsGrowth path towards Project Engineer / Implementation Lead roles
