Role Overview We’re looking for a talented Visual/Graphic Designer with 2–5 years of experience who can confidently take a brief and turn it into impactful visuals across print, digital, and branding projects. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with strategists, copywriters, and developers to bring creative ideas to life. Responsibilities Conceptualize and design marketing collateral for both digital and print Work on brand identity, packaging, UI layouts, social media creatives, and presentation decks Collaborate with the creative and account teams to develop visually engaging solutions Maintain a strong attention to detail and deliver high-quality design work within deadlines Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and tools Ensure all work aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and strategy Requirements 2–5 years of design experience in a creative/advertising agency Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and digital work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI. Understanding of layout, typography, and visual balance Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and storyboarding is a plus Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback Proactive mindset, ability to manage multiple projects, and work well in a team Bonus if you have: Experience with AI or UI UX Knowledge of print production processes Interest in conceptual thinking and creative strategy
