Are you a budding IT professional looking for a challenging role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee- System Admin to join our team.As a Trainee- System Admin, you will be responsible for monitoring customer Azure infrastructure, handling incidents and tickets, attending customer calls, and supporting the team in day-to-day operations. You will also be required to work rotational shifts.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of operating systems, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its related technologies. A degree in Cloud Computing is preferred but not required. Additionally, you should have no current backlogs and a strong academic record with a minimum of 60% in 10th and 12th standard and 65% or 6.5 CGPA in B.E/B. Tech till 6th semester.Key Responsibilities:Monitoring of customer's Azure infrastructureHandling incidents and tickets (Break-fix, Request, Change Requests)Attending customer callsSupporting the team in day-to-day operationsRequired Skills and Qualifications:B.
