Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and fashion-forward Fashion Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will assist customers with product selection, offer styling advice, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about fashion trends, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about helping customers find their perfect style.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service by building rapport and understanding their shopping needs.
  • Assist customers with product selection, styling tips, and size recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, products, and brand offerings to inform customers effectively.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products by suggesting accessories, additional items, or styling options to increase sales.
  • Keep the sales floor and dressing rooms organized, clean, and well-stocked with merchandise.
  • Process customer transactions, handle returns, and ensure accurate cash register operations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking items and setting up product displays to highlight new collections or promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals through personalized customer interactions and effective product recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with seasonal collections, promotions, and store policies to answer customer inquiries confidently.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a fashion or apparel environment.
  • Strong interest in fashion and style with a good understanding of trends, fabrics, and sizing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive customer relationships and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional fashion or retail training is a plus.

Job Type:
  • Full-time / Part-time
Salary:
