The Impact You'll Drive Set the visual tone and art direction for campaigns across social, digital, and emerging formats Co-lead the creative process alongside copy, strategy, and motion teams—from concept to execution Guide and mentor junior designers, art directors, and interns—leveling up craft and confidence Ensure every piece of creative reflects brand consistency, platform relevance, and high design integrity Embrace GenAI design tools to enhance output speed, spark new styles, and experiment boldly Keep your team plugged into design culture, motion trends, and next-gen platform aesthetics What You'll Bring 5–7 years of experience in a creative or digital-first agency environment A killer portfolio that showcases visual storytelling across formats (static, motion, social, display, etc.) Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience in motion tools is a strong bonus Working knowledge of GenAI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, GPT-4o, Nano Banana, Veo 3, or Synthesia A keen eye for layout, typography, color theory—and how all that translates across platforms A collaborative spirit and natural ability to lead, mentor, and elevate creative work A love for visual experimentation, pop culture, and finding beauty in the unexpected
