Join a fast-growing, innovative team building the next generation of accounting automation tools.About the RoleAs an Accounting Automation Consultant or how we call it "Agent Product Manager", you'll use our no-code AI platform to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows for accounting firms. Your accounting or finance experience will help you understand client needs and translate manual processes into smart automations—no coding required.What You'll DoCollaborate with accounting and finance professionals to understand business processes, pain points, and automation needsDesign, build, and test AI agents and automated workflows using our no-code platformMap out end-to-end accounting processes and translate them into automation logicSupport client onboarding, training, and adoption of our platformDocument best practices and create user-friendly materialsProvide feedback to the product team for continuous platform improvementStay up-to-date with the latest in accounting, finance, and automation technologyWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in accounting or finance (public accounting, corporate finance, bookkeeping, or related fields)Strong understanding of accounting workflows and terminologyAnalytical thinker with a knack for process optimizationTech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools—no coding experience requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProactive, detail-oriented, and organizedExperience with Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, No-Code Automation tools
