Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Chartered Accountant with 1–4 years of experience in finance controllership, process management, and finance partnering to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, improving financial processes, and acting as a strategic partner to various business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely closure of books of accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and resolving audit queries.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve process efficiency.
  • Manage and streamline finance processes including reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Partner closely with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in cost control initiatives, financial modeling, and performance measurement.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to finance and taxation.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and automation within the finance function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance operations with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 1–4 years post-qualification experience in Finance Controllership, Process Management, or Finance Business Partnering.
  • Strong understanding of finance controllership, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience in process management, internal controls, and audit coordination.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
