Job Details:


Role: Recruitment Intern

Location: Hyderabad

Tenure: 3 months


Key Responsibilities:

As a recruitment intern, you will support the recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent. This role involves active participation in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. With guidance and mentorship from senior team members, you will gain practical skills and insights into the talent acquisition field.

  • Collaborate with managers / leads to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and interest levels.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the recruitment team in maintaining an organized applicant tracking system (ATS) with up-to-date candidate information.
  • Help manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and contribute ideas for talent attraction.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and emerging recruitment techniques.


Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools is a plus.
