We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordination Specialist who will directly manage as a client.This role involves coordinating with teams, assigning tasks internally to designers, copywriters & operations teams, planning for deliverables, and ensuring all timelines are followed smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement:Act as the main point of contact — ensuring clarity, alignment, and smooth communication.Understand thoroughly, including guidelines, formats, and expected.Manage approvals, feedback cycles, and frequent updates with stakeholders.Internal Management:Break down into well-defined tasks and assign them to designers, copywriters, editors, and project teams.Ensure have complete clarity on requirements, instructions, and timelines.Follow up with teams to ensure tasks are progressing as planned.Timeline & Delivery Management:Create, monitor, and detailed timelines for every deliverable.Communicate delivery plans to both the internal team and clients.Track daily progress, ensure submissions, and highlight risks or delays in advance.Costing & Documentation:Prepare sheets, budget breakdowns, and proposals for deliverables.Maintain trackers, status sheets, and complete documentation for seamless reporting.Ensure all records are up-to-date, error-free, and aligned with requirements.Quality & Process:Review internal outputs (design/content) to ensure they match guidelines before submission.Maintain revision cycles and structured loops.Suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency and delivery quality.
