Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.  Citco is expanding its Fund Administration business to now support registered products, and this key role will be a focus for the firm's future growth.As a core member of our Registered Alternative Products Financial Statement and Regulatory Reporting team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. Your Role: Supervise, monitor and review the reporting staff's daily and periodic completed assignments.Review and/or prepare supporting information for SEC Form filings (e.g., 10K/Q, N-CEN, N-CSR, N-PORT, 24F-2, N-2, N1-A)Contribute to strong relationships through interactions with internal parties, client and audit firm personnelTrain staff on established regulations and updated rules, establish department and individual goals, prepare performance evaluations, and direct individual and group staff meetingsManage the career development for all Financial Statement and Regulatory Reporting Accountants by group and individual trainingWrite and/or review various reports related to engagementsPrepare ad hoc reports for the client upon requestTroubleshoot fund accounting and client issuesAttend meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge to be passed down to the Financial Statement and Regulatory Reporting AccountantsSupport reporting and fund accounting related duties during peak periods as defined by Senior ManagerContribute to identifying, researching and communicating recent authoritative pronouncements to CFS offices and clientsUnderstand engagement economics as it relates to managing budget for individual engagements and projectsRecognize and communicate potential opportunities for new clients as well as value added service enhancements for existing clientsAbout You:4-6 years of experience in Registered Fund accounting or reporting3 years' experience in supervisory function of a team of registered investment funds accountants and/or auditorsExpertise in managing a 40 Act product fund financial and regulatory reporting groupStrong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirementsPrevious financial statement or regulatory review and/or preparation experienceStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS is requiredAdvanced knowledge in complex derivativesBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or EconomicsCPA, CFA, CA or other professional designation preferredAdvanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint)Able to travel as necessaryGood communication and writing skillsOur BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
