At Daifend, we provide proactive intelligence, rapid response, and scalable solutions tailored for businesses of all sizes.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for Programming Interns specializing in Python and React.js for our cybersecurity products. Interns will be responsible for writing and testing code, debugging programs, and integrating back-end services with front-end components.Must-havesSolid fundamentals in Networks, Linux, and Security (TLS, PKI, firewalls, IAM, least privilege).Hands-on with Python (parsing logs/PCAPs, small services) and Bash; comfortable with Git & Docker.Familiarity with Wireshark/tcpdump, nmap, curl, OpenSSL; basic threat-hunting mindset.Curiosity and grit to debug messy, real-world systems.Nice-to-haves (bonus points)Exposure to ROS2 (topics, nodes, QoS), DDS, or SROS2.Experience with any SIEM (Azure Sentinel/Elastic), OpenCTI, Sigma rules, or YARA.Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK for ICS/IoT, IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, or ISO 21434/24089 (awareness level is fine).Container/K8s basics, MQTT/RTSP/ONVIF familiarity, or OCR/vision pipelines context.
