Job Title: Assistant Manager – Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant TPRM experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct risk assessments for third-party vendors, focusing on IT security, compliance, and operational risks.
- Evaluate vendor controls like encryption, access management, and data security to ensure adherence to standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks in outsourcing and supply chain processes.
- Align vendor practices with frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

Key Skills:

- Expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Vendor Risk Assessments.
- Strong knowledge of IT security controls, including encryption, access controls, and data protection.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST.
- Ability to manage outsourcing and supply chain risks.
- Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills to engage stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 15 years of education (12th + 3 years graduation mandatory).
- At least 5 years of experience in IT audits, risk management, or cybersecurity.
- Proven expertise in conducting third-party risk assessments and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical risks into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to stakeholders effectively and clients.
