Job OverviewWe are seeking a visionary AI Engineer to spearhead the development of autonomous AI systems. This role involves designing and implementing complex AI pipelines and RAG systems that address real-world enterprise challenges.The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Python, cloud architecture, and strong engineering fundamentals. They should be adaptable and eager to apply their skills to cutting-edge technologies.Agentic AI Architecture: Design and build stateful, multi-actor AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph.RAG Implementation: Develop production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, managing vector stores and semantic search optimization.High-Performance Python: Write robust, scalable, and multithreaded Python code to handle high-concurrency workloads.API Development: Create high-latency, asynchronous REST APIs using FastAPI to serve models and agents.Database Design: Architect efficient data layers using both SQL and NoSQL databases.Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and manage services on cloud platforms, leveraging expertise in AWS/GCP to manage OCI Compute, Object Storage, and OCI Queue.Mindset: Extreme ownership.
